Our company is looking for someone who is handy with tools and can keep the property well manicured for our storage properties in the Doraville, GA 30340 area. 

Job Title: Full Time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Team Member

Pay is $18 / hr + mileage

*Split between multiple properties in this area. 4 days a week at Pleasantdale Storage of Doraville and the fifth day will be at nearby property within 40-50 mile radius. Bilingual preferred. 

Property Hours: 

M-F 9:00am-5:30pm 

Job Duties Include:

  • Maintains security and assists with upkeep and curb-appeal of property
  • Must be handy with tools
  • Heavy custodial requirements for the outside property as well as inside the property (cleaning bathrooms, storage units, parking lot, etc.)
  • Maintains security and assists with upkeep and curb-appeal of property
  • Repair unit doors, springs, and latches

  • Minimum Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance repairs
  • Light construction experience is a plus, but not required
