  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the property, including cleaning, painting, repairs, to ensure a clean and safe environment for tenants
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks using hand and power tools, including minor repairs, installations, and other general handy duties
  • Repairs and maintain storage units, including fixing doors, locks, walls, and floors to keep them in good condition
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
  • Clean bathrooms, storage units, hallways, and the parking lot to ensure a clean and sanitary environment both inside and outside the property
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve issues quickly and minimize disruption for customers
  • Work with external contractors for larger repairs or maintenance tasks that require specialized skills.
  • Assist customers with maintenance-related concerns, such as helping with lock issues or addressing unit maintenance requests
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations and company policies

Property Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Sunday: Closed
