Job Title: Part Time Performance Development Assistant

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact between our external mystery shop vendor and internal teams. This includes conducting internal phone and email shops from previously recorded interactions, reviewing and validating shop results, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions such as coaching and policy documentation are completed in a timely manner.

  • Manage the end-to-end mystery shop process, including in-person, phone, and email shops
  • Conduct internal shops using company tools, such as the phone system and Outlook mailbox
  • Review in-person shop reports for scoring accuracy and submit change requests as needed
  • Communicate mystery shop results clearly and professionally to properties and supervisors
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company policies and expectations to ensure accurate interpretation and communication of shop outcomes
  • Document any identified policy violations and escalate per company guidelines
  • Coordinate with Learning & Development to confirm coaching is scheduled and completed for failing scores
  • Track completion of coaching follow-up and maintain organized records
  • Submit monthly Shared Services documentation accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor trends and provide performance insights to support continuous improvement
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

This role is remote, but candidate must be located in one of our current states of operation: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administration experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and phone systems; experience in quality assurance or mystery shopping is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive performance-related data professionally

Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time working at a desk on a computer
  • The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment
  • The ability to communicate, converse with and express information in person, by phone and through other technology
  • The ability to maintain a regular and punctual schedule with occasional flexibility as needed
  • The ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
  • The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time working at a desk on a computer
  • Ability to work remotely, distraction free
