Reporting to and working alongside the Strategic Marking Manager, this role oversees and maintains key marketing reporting and analytics, providing clear, actionable insights to support property-level and regional marketing strategies. It serves as a critical link between marketing, operations, and vendor management, improving processes, and ensuring alignment across teams. The position also contributes to strategic initiatives, local marketing support, and the development of tools, SOPs, and communication that drive marketing success.

- Manage and maintain the monthly Master Marketing Report in Excel, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing metrics such as Google reviews, PPC performance, local marketing activity, and conversion rates across multiple properties
- Analyze and interpret property-level marketing data to develop clear, individualized reports for each Regional Manager, translating performance metrics into actionable insights and next steps
- Support or lead monthly calls with Regional Managers to review marketing performance and align local strategies
- Assist with the quarterly company-wide Marketing Playbook, helping to celebrate team successes and share strategic marketing updates
- Assist the Strategic Marketing Manager in executing key initiatives and process improvements across the marketing function
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, property teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and excellence in execution
- Independently manage and strengthen vendor relationships including print provider, vanity domain provider, professional photographer, and QR code vendor
- Stay proactive in identifying new opportunities to improve reporting, communication, and marketing outcomes
- Maintain and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) documentation, primarily within Salesforce
- Support onboarding and dispositioning property transitions by identifying outstanding tasks ahead of calls and auditing pipeline activity to ensure follow-through
- Promote engagement and assist in creating effective property-level marketing programs
- Monitor, and respond to the marketing thread on the Marketing Teams channel
- Troubleshoot local marketing plans and provide ongoing support to properties in executing local marketing efforts
- Undertake other related duties and complete projects as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:
This role is remote, but candidate must be located in one of our current states of operation: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to grow
- Proven experience working with vendors or third-party partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools or platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, PPC dashboards, review platforms); proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large dataset
- Ability to work in an office/team setting and independently/remotely
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, data analysis, or a related field (internship experience included)
- Client management experience in marketing agency preferred
- Storage experience preferred
- 1+ year of remote work experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time working at a desk on a computer
- The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment
- The ability to communicate, converse with and express information in person, by phone and through other technology
- The ability to travel by car or plane up to 25% of the year
- The ability to maintain a regular and punctual schedule with occasional flexibility as needed
- Ability to work remotely, distraction free
