Job Title: Learning & Development Intern

Reporting to the Learning Experience Specialist, the Learning & Development Intern will support the creation and development of e-learning modules and supplemental learning materials, assist with training sessions, and collaborate with teams across the organization

• Create and update e-learning modules, presentations, and other training materials
• Maintain and organize learning resources, materials, and documentation
• Participate in meetings to share ideas and learn from Learning & Development team members
• Support internal communications related to learning initiatives
• Engage with a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values creativity, initiative, and continuous improvement

Requirements: 

This role is remote, but candidate must be located in one of our current states of operation: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Currently enrolled in a university
• Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn
• Works independently while maintaining strong collaboration in a virtual environment
• Employs strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and eager to take on responsibility
