Job Title: Learning & Development Intern

Reporting to the Learning Experience Specialist, the Learning & Development Intern will support the creation and development of e-learning modules and supplemental learning materials, assist with training sessions, and collaborate with teams across the organization

- Create and update e-learning modules, presentations, and other training materials
- Maintain and organize learning resources, materials, and documentation
- Participate in meetings to share ideas and learn from Learning & Development team members
- Support internal communications related to learning initiatives
- Engage with a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values creativity, initiative, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
This role is remote, but candidate must be located in one of our current states of operation: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Currently enrolled in a university
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn
- Works independently while maintaining strong collaboration in a virtual environment
- Employs strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and eager to take on responsibility
*A background + MVR screening will be conducted at time of hire.
